Meet the Team
I’m a local Tennessean from the Nashville area. I fell in love with Grace Chapel as a volunteer at our Franklin campus in 2008 and haven’t looked back since. I married the love of my life, Amanda, and have four amazing kids. My heart is to see our people understand who they are in Christ!
I’ve been in full time teaching ministry for the last 10 years and I’m so excited to see a life-giving community with Biblical teaching and passionate worship in Fairview! I’m a graduate of the National Institute of Christian Leadership and received my Master’s degree in Ministry Leadership from Richmont Graduate University.
I moved to Nashville 25 years ago to pursue my dream of a music career. After performing professionally for 15 years I received my Master’s Degree in Education from Lipscomb University in 2012 and was immediately offered a teaching position at Fairview Middle School. I taught middle school theatre from 2013-2020 and after receiving a Doctorate from Lipscomb University, I transitioned into the Associate Pastor position here at Grace Chapel Fairview. My beautiful wife Heather and I, and our two amazing kids Sydni and Jordan, reside in Fairview and have been a living part of the Grace Chapel family since 2010. It is our desire to build Jesus loving disciples and serve all, with all that He has given us.
Next Gen Director
I have called called Grace Chapel home since 2009 and have been in ministry since 2014 at our Franklin campus. I am passionate about the next generation, seeing families win, and building a bridge for families in this community as Children’s Director at Grace Chapel Fairview. My husband Thomas and I have one child and can often be found cheering on the Nashville Predators, watching College Football on Saturdays, and having dance parties in our kitchen!
Next Gen Intern
I moved to Tennessee in 2020 to attend a discipleship program at Narrow Gate Foundation. I realized then that I was being called to pursue vocational ministry full time. Being from a small town in Texas, family has always been important to me and from the moment I first visited Grace Chapel Fairview, I knew that this was a family that I wanted to be a part of. I have since accepted a full-time internship position with the Next Gen team. While spending time with these students, I’ve seen many struggling with the same battles that I had growing up. I feel as though God has brought me here to help provide Biblical counsel to that generation. I’m excited to see how God continues to provide His truth to help each student navigate their own personal walk with Him.
Worship Coordinator / Executive Assistant
I am a Texas Native and Nashville transplant since 2011 originally pursuing a music career as a singer/songwriter, and most recently a career in music management for celebrities and entertainers. As a Pastor’s kid and a worship team volunteer from the age of 14, I would say my love of music stems from a love of worship at an early age. My husband, Josh, and I relocated to Fairview from Nashville at the end of 2020 with the prayer that we would find a local church to call home in a very real and active way. When we found Grace Chapel Fairview we knew we had found that home and both dove straight into volunteering on the worship team. In October 2021, I transitioned into a worship coordinator role, as well as, the executive assistant to Pastor Ian. I am thrilled to be a part of this team and even more excited to continue developing a culture among our members that leads to life-altering connection with Him through worship!
I married my high school sweetheart, Jerry in early 1979 and now have three wonderful children and six beautiful grandchildren. We have called middle Tennessee home since 1990 and found our current home in Williamsport, TN in 2007. We currently operate Dayspring Farms, a 36 acre working farm, which not only produces organically grown food but also doubles as a discipleship program for many in the community. Professionally, I carry a background in human resources and finance on top of serving in administrative, hospitality and discipleship ministries for over the last 30 years. I have been a member of Grace Chapel Fairview since its inception in 2018 and transitioned into a full-time staff position as Administrative Director in 2021. Looking back, Jerry and I have raised a lovely family, started two businesses and discipled many, but we are thrilled to finally be here in this stage of our lives, at home, at Grace Chapel Fairview.
I have been a Fairview local since 2005 and a Grace Chapel Franklin member since 2012. After having Jeff as my theater teacher and Ian as my Youth Pastor a long time ago, they became amazing mentors helping me through some challenging years of my life. I graduated from Columbia State in Film Crew Technology and made my way to be a dependable well known video freelancer around Fairview. I believe God has given me these long lasting bonds with my fellow neighbors here in Fairview to open new doors that allow me to use my skills that I’ve acquired over the last 6 years to better my community in serving Christ.
